Good Morning Sistahs!
It's the first Monday of September, and you know what that means....it's time for the KITCHEN SINK CREW CHALLENGE. This month's host is our very own Makiko! Woo Hoo! (*Insert much applause)
Here's Makiko's challenge:
Use school supplies or items to make a card or project. You can alter an item too! Extra apple points for a school themed card.
Well, if you know me...then you know that I'm always shooting for extra apple points. *giggle So here's my card to share with you:
I was hoping to have it look like the "Welcome Back!" was written on a chalkboard, so I looked up and down for my Signo White Gel Pen...could I find it? No of course not. So what did I use? My Versamark pen and white embossing powder.
Next, I stamped the Apple from 3-Step School Days, and decided I wanted to put something in the upper left hand corner. What better than eraser tips? Don't they look fun? The last step was to add the pencil across the bottom. Voila, my card is ready and good to go. *giggle
