Good Morning Sistahs!
Can I tell you how crazy my weekend has been? (And there's no stopping until after Labor Day.) ARGH! Yesterday we went to the Colorado State Fair because my hubby's band had the honor of marching in the State Fair Parade! (Hooray Band!) We had such a fabulous time watching the parade followed by a heaping helping of funnel cake, sausage sandwiches, and shaved ice. (Yummy Fake Banana Flavor!) The down side of it all, is that I didn't have time to stamp. *insert sad face here. (Which I really have no business doing anyway because I have a test tomorrow and a paper due next week.) Humph! However, I made an exception for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge. How could I not?
I love the crisp look of pink and black together. I guess I could have used a DP, but the Bazzill Bling gives it that extra sparkle and I really want you to think pink. Never underestimate the importance of a self-breast exam. As a matter of fact, go check now.....I'll wait. LOL
Think Pink Recipe:
Stamps: Stamping Bella - Causabella, sentiment
Paper: Bazzill Bling, Bazzill Black, Whisper White
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Dimensionals, Glitter, Rhinestones, Copics, Glossy Accents
Well, my week's not going to slow down one bit because the Democratic National Convention is here and from what I understand, my commute is going to stink. Not only that, but my hubby's grandparents are also visiting this week, (they arrive Wednesday,) I have a performance on Tuesday, and like I previously stated, a test tomorrow and a paper due after the weekend. YIKES! So, amid all the craziness, I WILL find time to stamp, I WILL find time to stamp, I WILL find time to stamp....
(Say it with me sistahs....)
I hope everyone else's week is super and full of inky fun!!
Happy Stampin'
